Religion and Belief LIVE

Trainer-led course content

Course Summary

Religion & Belief is a one-day programme aimed at employees at all levels and of all religious and belief groups.  Through participative exercises, case studies, experiential learning and discussion we explore what it means to be a member of faiths which might be represented in any organisation, and how the requirements of religion and belief may impact on work and the workplace.  We generate ideas for challenging the assumptions, preconceptions and prejudice which lead to discrimination, harassment and victimisation.  And we examine the requirements of the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003, and how organisations benefit by accommodating religion and belief in the workplace.
