Disability, diversity and inclusion are prime topics for Maureen, as are managing people in the workplace. Maureen’s earlier career took her from self-employment in childcare and the hospitality business, through secretarial roles, to customer service management appointments in hi-tech industry. Working in such a broad range of roles and industry sectors has contributed significantly to Maureen’s current success in designing and delivering training.
As a trainer, Maureen creates and presents engaging training courses for adult learners. Her particular speciality is in designing and delivering Good Business Writing workshops for employees at all levels as well as delivering some of Skill Boosters LIVE’s diversity workshops.
Maureen has also been a freelance writer for ten years, contributing regular feature articles, good practice guides, news, reviews, conference reports and interview profiles to a range of publications.
These include;

• FMX and FM World which are read by facilities managers
