Sally has been a disability and diversity specialist with over 11 years experience in this arena. With a background in a variety of roles, Sally works in private, public and charity sector organisations. Having worked at senior level in operational roles, HR and then diversity roles, she now concentrates on providing training, consultancy and advice on diversity and disability issues.
Her experience is broad and includes:

As recognition of her years of working at senior level in HR and consultancy, Sally has been made a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors.
