Training Coordinator

Purpose:
To provide direct support for the Skill Boosters trainer-led division in the day-to-day coordination of all trainer-led activity.

Key outputs:
• Ensure with maintaining the Skill Boosters and Skill Boosters LIVE website and keep up-to-date
• Provide the central coordination between trainers, sales and customers for all trainer-led courses
• Produce all relevant delegate packs and other training resources as required for each training event
• In conjunction with identified course writers, maintain all training packs to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant for ongoing training events
• Record contact with clients in the Sales Logix system
• Coordinate room set-ups for Skill Boosters LIVE training events
• Write and dispatch written sales proposals in conjunction with the Business Relationship Manager, Director of Sales & General Manager as required
• Despatch online feedback forms post-training events & monitor feedback.  Communicate evaluation requests to Sales Team Leader using standard template
• Maintain files (both electronic and hard copy) to company standards
• Produce sales reports for senior management as required
• Coordinate bookings for all resources required for training events such as trainers, equipment, venue and catering
• Ensure each training room is appropriately branded in line with Company brand standards
• Ensure relevant files are prepared for audits as and when required
• Conduct product research for the development of new courses/products or the upgrade of existing portfolio as directed by Executive Producer or General Manager

Qualification and experience:
• A Level graduate with intermediate or above level written & spoken English
• Prior experience working either in a training environment or with a sales team
• Prior telephone skills experience is essential.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and other office products is essential.  Ability should be intermediate level.
