Part One
A documentary overview of why diversity is an important issue for every person in every organisation.
Part Two
This is a dramatisation featuring an organisation which is getting to grips with key aspects of diversity. This video clearly demonstrates that a 'one sizes fits all' approach simply does not work any more and encourages viewers to understand the benefits of accommodating difference.
Part Three
This focuses on the behaviours that are conduicive to a climate in which everyone feels respected and encouraged to give their best. The CREATE model provides guidelines for behaviour in a diverse workplace:
