Realising the benefits of an age diverse workforce is a one-day programme aimed at employees at all levels and of all ages. In it we challenge myths and preconceptions about youth and age, introduce delegates to the legislation, and help them explore the benefits of age diversity and ways of eliminating ageism in their own work context. We do this through participative exercises, case studies, experiential learning and discussion.
